Our modular people solutions team offers the agile capability that helps you re-define your relationships with talent in a changing world. Digitally enabled and insight-driven, we work to your agenda, on the things you need to get done. Together we recruit, train, deploy and develop the skilled individuals and diverse teams who will make your workforce fit for the future.

When we looked at what was happening in the world, and the challenges facing major employers, it was clear that relationships with talent had to change. It wasn’t just the pandemic or the impact of digital transformation, although these factors are both disruptors of the status quo and accelerators of change.

We wanted to build something new that would address the issues that matter most to clients: the shortage (and short shelf-life) of key technical skills; the cost and efficiency of recruitment processes; diversity, inclusion and access to opportunity; the speed to productivity of new joiners; the changes in the workplace and the need to create consumer-grade employee experiences; and the impact of all these issues (and more) on the bottom line.

The result is a collective of people-focused solutions and services that looks positively unconventional. But it’s also perfectly adapted for a complex and changing world. It’s digitally enabled, but for us the technology is always a means to an end. Too many automated resourcing and HR systems have simply recreated the same old legacy problems in a cloudy high-tech wrapping. Our policy is to use the best technology available, and if the best can’t do what our clients need, we seek out new partnerships and develop our own.

A key role for that technology is providing the insight and control that help employers make better and more confident decisions. All the progress we’re making on diversity, inclusion and social mobility is evidence-based: we can show what’s really happening in the resourcing process and identify areas for improvement, whether that’s tuning our attraction messaging or weeding out hidden bias in the selection tests.

In focusing on client needs, we built agility and choice into the menu. There are many ways to access talent, beyond conventional hiring or the expensive contractor route. Perhaps the biggest shift is a move away from wholesale outsourcing and towards a modular plug-and-play that is incredibly flexible. We can provide the solutions and support clients needs – and we can swiftly scale up and down, if demand is variable.

We offer world-class capability at every process touchpoint, from attraction and onboarding, to payroll and employee experience. We can augment any client landscape – supporting the team, utilising existing technology and working constructively with established relationships. Whatever we do is shaped by a wider, big-picture understanding of how one process affects and enables another.

Finding, engaging, and retaining the right people is challenging (and it is not just about the right skills, either), but it’s also a performance multiplier for any organisation with the investment growing as people move through the process, from candidate journey to employee experience. That’s why joined-up thinking, consistent messaging and a branded experience are so important. It’s also why every touchpoint is an opportunity to reinforce a consumer-grade employee experience.

For breadth, depth, agility and sheer relevance, there’s nothing like this in the market. And what’s more, we are continuing to evolve a capability that flexes and changes to meet the needs of the modern employer. Modularity, agility and joined-up thinking means that our clients will be ready for whatever comes next. This is not a traditional outsource – you retain what is important to you as a client – we augment you in the areas that you want to excel in.

Together we can find and nurture the special individuals and diverse teams who will make your workforce fit for the future.
